| NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Oro Valley Planning & Zoning Commission The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, 6 p.m. Oro Valley Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Dr. Oro Valley, Arizona Public Hearing: St. Marks Roman Catholic Church, represented by ML2 Management LLC., requests approval of a rezoning from R1-144, single family residential to PS, Private Schools for the purpose of constructing a church on the 17 acre property, located on the southeast corner of Tangerine Road and Shannon Road, OV910-002. The public is encouraged to attend and will be invited to speak. An agenda for this meeting will be made available at least 24 hours prior to meeting time and can be viewed at www.orovalleyaz.gov. TOWN OF ORO VALLEY The Oro Valley Town Council invites the community to attend a public hearing on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, 6 p.m. Public Hearing: Translational zoning from Pima County Rural Homestead (RH) zone to Oro Valley R1-144 (Single Family Residential) zoning district for a 10-acre annexed area known as Annexation Area “O”, located at 14260 N. Hawk Canyon Trail, south of Stone Canyon and north of La Cholla Airpark, Ordinance (O) 11-__, OV911-002. The meeting will be held in the Town Council Chambers. The public is encouraged to attend and will be invited to speak. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oro Valley Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, commencing at or after 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Council Chambers at the Oro Valley Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive, and the subject matter will be as further described below: OV1011-01: Roger Hudman of Hudman Homes requests a variance from the required fifty foot rear year setback, Oro Valley Zoning Code Revised Section 23.4, R1-144 Single-Family District, in order to construct two porches and bay window. Property owners: Hector Family Tr. Subject: Parcel # 225-16-0760 located 123 E. Cholla Shadow Drive, Oro Valley, AZ 85704. Site plans are available for review during normal business hours at the Oro Valley Town Hall, Development Service Center.
